Key Responsibilities

As a member of our Zirtual team, your responsibilities may include:

  • Managing calendars and scheduling appointments for clients.
  • Assisting with email correspondence and managing communications.
  • Conducting online research and compiling information for reports.
  • Preparing presentations and other business documents as needed.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Qualifications

We are looking for individuals who meet the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent ( Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to multitask.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
  • Previous experience in administrative support or customer service is a plus.
  • Familiarity with online collaboration tools (e.g., Trello, Slack, Zoom) is an advantage.
