Key Responsibilities

- Mentor and support junior planning staff in project management and professional development.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a robust background in urban planning, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Specifically, you should possess:
- Master’s degree in Urban Planning, Geography, Environmental Studies, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in planning, preferably in a municipal or regional government setting.
- Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal land use and environmental regulations.
- Proficiency in planning-related software and tools (e.g., GIS, CAD).
- Demonstrated ability to develop and present planning documents and reports clearly.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with a diverse array of stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
