Job Responsibilities

As a roadside assistance provider, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Responding to roadside assistance calls promptly and efficiently.
• Assessing the situation and providing appropriate assistance, including vehicle unlocks, tire changes, fuel deliveries, and jump starts.
• Communicating with customers in a clear and friendly manner to provide updates and instruction.
• Maintaining a clean and organized service vehicle and equipment.
• Documenting service calls and ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately.
• Collaborating with dispatch to ensure timely response and customer satisfaction.
• Adhering to safety and operational guidelines while on the road.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Previous experience in a customer service role preferred.
• Basic mechanical knowledge in automotive repair is a plus.
• Ability to operate basic tools and equipment used in roadside assistance.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
