The Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop the front-end and back-end of our job portal.
• Ensure optimal performance, quality, and responsiveness of our application.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to enhance user experience.
• Implement new features and ensure timely updates to the platform.
• Monitor and troubleshoot performance issues and bugs.
• Conduct thorough testing to ensure high quality is maintained.
• Integrate third-party APIs and services relevant to job searching and recruitment.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance website functionality.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Web Developer, with a portfolio of projects.
• Strong knowledge of programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and Python.
• Experience with frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js is a plus.
• Familiarity with database management systems like MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
