Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines, lathes, mills, and other precision equipment to manufacture high-quality components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to produce parts according to design requirements.
• Conduct quality control inspections using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges) to ensure products meet strict tolerances.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot issues as they arise to ensure operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with engineers and production teams to optimize processes and improve product quality.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following established safety guidelines and protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in machining preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a machinist role, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong knowledge of CNC programming, setup, and operation.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints.
• Familiarity with a variety of machining materials and processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
