Available Positions
We have several job openings for committed individuals in our group homes:
- Direct Support Professionals (DSP): Provide care, assistance, and companionship to residents, actively engaging them in daily activities and helping them achieve their personal goals.
- Residential Managers: Oversee the operations of our group homes, ensuring compliance with regulations, managing staff, and coordinating resident care plans.
- Behavioral Health Technicians: Implement behavioral plans and interventions under the supervision of licensed professionals, assisting residents in developing coping skills and independence.
- Administrative Roles: Support our operations through administrative tasks, including scheduling, documentation, and financial management, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning.
Key Responsibilities
As a part of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting residents with daily living activities, such as hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management.
- Fostering a safe and supportive environment through encouragement, understanding, and active listening.
- Implementing individualized service plans to promote residents’ personal growth and well-being.
- Documenting residents’ progress, behaviors, and any incidents that may arise in accordance with company policies.
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, including healthcare professionals, families, and community resources.
Qualifications
The ideal candidates should meet the following qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in social work, psychology, or a related field is a plus.
- Relevant experience in caregiving or working with individuals with disabilities is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage compassionately with residents.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve conflicts in a constructive manner.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
