Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Proficient computer skills including knowledge of MS Office and banking software.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required.
