Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

- Proven experience in job posting, recruitment marketing, or a related area.
- Understanding of various job boards, social media platforms, and applicant tracking systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to adjust tone and messaging based on the target audience.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and familiar with data analysis tools.
