Job Description

As a Job Market Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Researching and analyzing the job market landscape to identify trends and opportunities.
• Developing strategies to attract job seekers and employers to our platform.
• Providing exceptional support to job seekers in their search for employment.
• Collaborating with the marketing team to create engaging content that showcases our job listings.
• Monitoring job posting performance and generating reports for management.

Key Responsibilities

• Market Research: Stay updated on job market trends, emerging industries, and skills in demand.
• Client Support: Work closely with employers to understand their hiring needs and assist them in posting jobs.
• Job Seeker Engagement: Offer personalized guidance to job seekers and help them find relevant job opportunities.
• Content Development: Contribute to the creation of informative blog posts, social media content, and newsletters to promote job offerings.
• Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data on the performance of job listings to inform future strategies.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this position should possess the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or a job portal environment.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data interpretation and reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with online job platforms and social media marketing is a plus.
