Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first line of contact for job seekers and employers via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, providing information about job openings, and assisting candidates with the application process.
  • Support candidates in resume preparation, interview preparation, and job search strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and expectations.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and employers.
  • Follow up with candidates and employers post-interview to gather feedback and facilitate next steps.
  • Keep accurate records of candidate interactions in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Collaborate with team members to continuously improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a relevant field is a plus.
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field; experience in employment or recruitment services is a strong advantage.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centered approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
