Key Responsibilities

Keep accurate records of candidate interactions in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.

Key Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a relevant field is a plus.
2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field; experience in employment or recruitment services is a strong advantage.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
