Available Positions

We are currently hiring for a variety of positions within our nursing home. Below are some of the key roles we are looking to fill:

Registered Nurse (RN)

As a Registered Nurse at Egle Nursing Home, you will play a critical role in our residents’ care. Responsibilities include providing direct patient care, monitoring health status, administering medications, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.

• Qualifications: Active RN license, BSN preferred, 2+ years of experience in long-term care.
• Key Skills: Excellent communication, assessment skills, and a compassionate approach to patient care.

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

As a CNA, you will primarily assist residents with daily activities, ensuring their comfort and dignity. This role is rewarding as you help enhance the quality of life for our residents.

• Qualifications: CNA certification required, previous experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Key Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and a genuine desire to help others.

Activities Coordinator

The Activities Coordinator is responsible for organizing and leading engaging programs that promote physical, mental, and social well-being for our residents.

• Qualifications: Degree in Recreation or related field preferred, experience working with seniors a plus.
• Key Skills: Creativity, strong organizational abilities, and excellent communication skills.
