Job Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve data discrepancies promptly and efficiently.
• Assist in the development of data entry guidelines and best practices to enhance workflow.
• Generate reports as needed, providing insights to support decision-making processes.
• Adhere to confidentiality and data protection policies while processing information.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree or higher is a plus.
• Proven experience in a data entry role or similar positions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data management software.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage time effectively under tight deadlines.
• Excellent organizational skills and the capacity to multitask.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SQL or other programming languages related to data management.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Experience in a specific industry related to the job (e.g., finance, healthcare, retail).
