Job Overview

As a Remote Claims Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients who are filing claims. You will be responsible for reviewing and processing claims, providing guidance to policyholders, and ensuring that claims are handled efficiently and fairly. Key Responsibilities

• Review and assess new claims for eligibility and coverage based on policy guidelines.

• Document all interactions and actions taken on claims thoroughly and accurately.
• Work closely with underwriters, adjusters, and other departments to facilitate timely claims processing.
• Manage a caseload of claims from start to finish, ensuring all deadlines are met.
• Provide regular updates to clients regarding their claims status.
• Resolve disputes or issues related to claims efficiently and professionally.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you’ll need to possess the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in claims processing or a customer service role.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to spot discrepancies and inconsistencies.
• Proficient in using computer systems and claims management software.
• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively in a remote environment.
