Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of effective interview techniques and candidate evaluation metrics.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a talent for engaging with a diverse range of candidates.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
