Job Responsibilities

• Operate a buggy vehicle to transport guests around the facility.
• Ensure passenger safety by following all traffic rules and regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with guests and answering any questions they may have.
• Assist with loading and unloading guests’ belongings from the buggy.
• Maintain cleanliness and operational readiness of the buggy.
• Report any vehicle maintenance issues to the supervisor.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Previous experience in customer service or a driving role is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
