Job Responsibilities

• Conducting psychological tests and helping to interpret the results.
• Supporting individual and group therapy sessions, ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment.
• Maintaining clients’ records and documentation accurately, adhering to confidentiality standards.
• Engaging with clients to provide empathetic support and assistance under the supervision of licensed psychologists.
• Preparing reports and presenting findings as directed by supervising psychologists.
• Assisting in the implementation of treatment plans and monitoring client progress.
• Participating in regular team meetings and contributing to case discussions.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidates will possess the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field. Candidates currently enrolled in a Master’s or Doctorate program will be preferred.
• Experience in mental health, counseling, or a related area through internships, volunteer work, or employment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and empathetic approach to client care.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Understanding of ethical guidelines and confidentiality practices in psychological services.
