Job Responsibilities

• Enhance and retouch images using Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom to meet the expectations of our clients.
• Collaborate with photographers, designers, and other team members to ensure that the final output aligns with project guidelines.
• Perform color correction, background removal, and compositing to create visually appealing images.
• Maintain the integrity of the original image while applying enhancements to improve quality.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in photo editing and retouching techniques.
• Participate in team meetings and provide creative input on projects.

Requirements

• Proven experience in photo retouching and editing, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Lightroom.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for color, composition, and aesthetics.
• Ability to receive constructive feedback and adapt to client needs quickly.
• Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
• A degree in photography, graphic design, or a related field is a plus, but not mandatory.
