Key Responsibilities

As a Pepsi part time merchandiser, you will play a crucial role in maintaining product presence on the sales floor. Your responsibilities will include:

• Stocking shelves with Pepsi products to guarantee their availability for consumers.
• Ensuring products are faced, organized, and displayed according to company standards.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with store managers and staff.
• Conducting regular audits of inventory levels and assisting with inventory management.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree or coursework in business or marketing is a plus.
• Previous merchandising or retail experience preferred, but not mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Must be physically able to lift, carry, and move products weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Reliability and punctuality are essential for this role.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation may be required in certain locations.
