Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of QA analysts and testers in the execution of software testing activities.
• Develop and maintain test strategies, test plans, and test cases based on project requirements.
• Oversee the implementation of automated testing practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Coordinate testing efforts with cross-functional teams including developers, project managers, and business analysts.
• Ensure that testing processes are followed and adhered to, optimizing quality and performance.
• Monitor testing progress and report on defects and testing milestones to stakeholders.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior testers, fostering a culture of learning and development.
• Continuously evaluate and improve testing methodologies and tools.
• Utilize metrics to measure the quality of the product and drive improvements.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience in a Test Lead or Senior Tester role within the software industry.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
• Experience with automation tools (such as Selenium, JMeter, or similar).
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Java, Python, etc.) is highly desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
