Available Positions

We are looking for talented individuals to fill various roles within our loan depot. Here are some of the key positions available:

1. Mortgage Loan Officer

• Responsibilities:
  • Guide clients through the loan application process and help them choose the right mortgage products.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to foster trust and ensure satisfaction.
  • Conduct in-depth assessments of clients’ financial backgrounds to recommend appropriate loan options.
• Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in mortgage lending or sales.

2. Loan Processor

• Responsibilities:
  • Review loan applications for completeness and ensure all documentation is accurate.
  • Coordinate and communicate with clients, lenders, and underwriters during the loan process.
  • Maintain an organized workflow and meet strict deadlines.
• Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in loan processing or a related field.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in loan processing software and Microsoft Office Suite.

3. Customer Service Representative

• Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service by handling inquiries and resolving issues related to loan applications.
  • Assist clients in understanding the loan process and what to expect.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree is a plus.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in the financial sector.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
