Job Description

As a full-time x-ray technician, your role will be crucial in supporting patient care through high-quality imaging services. You will perform a variety of x-ray examinations and ensure the safety and comfort of our patients during the imaging process. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, compassionate, and possesses excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate x-ray equipment to produce high-quality images of patients’ anatomy.
• Prepare patients for examination by explaining the procedure and positioning them appropriately.
• Review and evaluate images for accuracy and quality.
• Maintain equipment and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Collaborate with physicians and other medical staff to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient information and imaging results accurately.
• Assist in maintaining inventory and ordering supplies as needed.

Qualifications

To be considered for our full-time x-ray jobs, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an accredited radiologic technology program is required.
• Current state licensure (if required) and national certification (ARRT preferred).
• At least 1-2 years of experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of radiographic techniques.
• Excellent patient care and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
