We are currently seeking compassionate, dedicated, and reliable individuals to join our team through the Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Program (CDPAP).

What is CDPAP?

CDPAP is a Medicaid program in New York that allows consumers to hire their caregivers, providing them with greater control over their care. This flexibility ensures that our clients receive personalized assistance tailored to their unique needs.

Roles and Responsibilities

As a CDPAP caregiver, your duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Assisting clients with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Preparing meals and assisting with dietary needs.
• Providing medication reminders and ensuring adherence to prescribed treatments.
• Companionship and engaging clients in social activities and conversation.
• Helping with mobility and basic physical therapy exercises, as directed.
• Documenting changes in clients’ conditions and reporting them to appropriate healthcare professionals.

Qualifications

• Willingness to undergo background checks and training programs.
• Valid identification and proof of residency.
