Job Description

The Sky Impact Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for collecting, entering, and managing environmental data focused on sky conditions and their impact on various ecological initiatives. You will work closely with our research team to ensure accurate data entry and analysis supporting our projects aimed at preserving our atmosphere and combating climate change.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately input and maintain large datasets related to sky impact studies.
• Collaborate with research scientists to verify data accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Generate reports and summaries from data entries to aid in project assessments.
• Assist in the development of databases and systems for efficient data storage.
• Perform regular audits of data entries to ensure consistency and correctness.
• Contribute to team meetings, sharing insights and updates about data trends.
• Support outreach efforts by capturing relevant atmospheric data for community engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent mandatory; a degree in Environmental Science, Data Science, or related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in data entry tools and software, including Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and database management systems.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy in data handling.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with environmental issues and findings is a plus.
