Position Overview

In this position, you will be responsible for managing job postings across various online platforms, focusing especially on our partnership with top free job posting sites, including Indeed. Your efforts will directly contribute to connecting talent with opportunities, enhancing the overall job searching experience for our users.
Key Responsibilities
- Curate and manage job postings across multiple online platforms, ensuring accurate representation and visibility.
- Collaborate with HR and hiring teams to understand job requirements and company culture.
- Utilize data analytics to assess the performance of job postings and optimize for better reach and engagement.
- Engage with applicants and facilitate smooth communication between candidates and employers.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in job market and recruitment strategies.
- Provide regular reports and feedback to management regarding job posting performance and candidate quality.
- Contribute to the development of new strategies for utilizing free job posting sites indeed and other platforms effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or job posting management.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and job board dynamics.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ATS software is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
