Key Responsibilities

As an Autocad Technician, your primary tasks will include:

• Creating accurate and detailed technical drawings and 3D models using Autocad software.
• Collaborating with engineers and architects to interpret design concepts effectively.
• Reviewing and revising designs based on feedback and project modifications.
• Ensuring all technical drawings meet industry standards and regulations.
• Preparing detailed specification documents and presentation materials.
• Maintaining organized project files and documentation for future reference.
• Participating in virtual meetings and project discussions as needed.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this autocad work from home job will have the following qualifications:

• Associate’s degree in Drafting, Engineering Technology, Architecture, or a related field. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Autocad (2D and 3D) is required. Experience with other CAD software is a plus.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar drafting role, ideally within architecture or engineering.
• Strong understanding of engineering and architectural design principles.
• Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work output.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, particularly in a virtual environment.
