Job Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Entering, updating, and maintaining data accurately in our database systems.
- Reviewing and verifying data for completeness and accuracy.
- Generating reports from data for internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure data integrity.
- Assisting with the organization of files and documentation.
- Identifying and escalating any discrepancies in data.
- Effectively utilizing company software and tools to manage data entry tasks.
Qualifications
We’re looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in data entry or administrative roles is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and familiarity with database management.
- Excellent typing speed with a high degree of accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
