Your Role

As a Posture Work From Home Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Assessing clients’ home office environments and identifying areas for ergonomic improvement.
• Conducting online consultations and providing personalized recommendations.
• Developing informative content and resources related to posture and ergonomic best practices.
• Creating engaging webinars and workshops to educate clients on effective posture management.
• Staying up-to-date with industry standards and new research in ergonomics.
• Collaborating with other team members to develop comprehensive ergonomic strategies.

What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you should meet the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Ergonomics, Occupational Health, Physical Therapy, or a related field.
• Certification in ergonomic assessment (a plus).
• At least 2 years of experience in a related role, preferably focusing on posture correction.
• Strong communication skills with an ability to convey complex information simply.
• Experience conducting virtual consultations and assessments.
• Knowledge of the latest ergonomic tools and resources.
• Proficient in using digital communication platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc.).
