Position Overview

We are looking for a Desktop Worktop Specialist to join our team. This role involves working closely with interior designers, engineers, and project managers to develop and showcase outstanding desktop solutions that promote effective work habits and enhance user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with design teams to conceptualize and develop innovative desktop worktop solutions.
• Conduct research on ergonomic standards and best practices for workspace design.
• Analyze feedback from users to make necessary adjustments and improvements to desktop worktop designs.
• Coordinate with suppliers to source high-quality materials for desktop worktops.
• Oversee the installation and implementation of workspace solutions in client settings.
• Provide ongoing support and customer service to clients post-installation.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in office design and technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Industrial Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience in workspace design or furniture design, particularly in creating ergonomic solutions.
• Strong understanding of materials used in desktop worktops and their impact on user experience.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with teams and clients.
• Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Adobe Suite.
• Detail-oriented with a keen sense of aesthetics and functionality.
