Role Overview

The Remote Solutions Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing technical solutions that align with our clients’ needs. You will work closely with sales and customer success teams to understand clients’ requirements and offer tailored solutions that enhance operational efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze client requirements and develop customized technical solutions based on their needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and customer support, to deliver solutions effectively.
• Provide ongoing technical support and guidance to clients post-implementation.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to inform solution development.
• Conduct training sessions for clients to ensure smooth adoption of new solutions.
• Participate in pre-sales activities to assist the sales team in understanding customer requirements and showcase relevant solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in software development or solutions engineering roles.
• Strong understanding of programming languages, cloud technologies, and database management.
• Experience with APIs and integration tools.
• Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Proven problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with DevOps practices and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile and Scrum.
• Experience with data analytics tools and dashboard creation.
